Property plans for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the released materials.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section labelling distinct parts of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, such as layouts for dock shelters.
